I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU

When troubles rise up against me, and I don't know what to do
When I worry 'bout what's happening everywhere
Then I fall down on my knees and I say, Jesus, hear my prayer
Then He answers, my son, you know I'll take care
I'll take care of you, don't you worry
Just do it my way -- don't be in such a hurry
For My yoke is easy and My burden, it is light
I wonder what He'll say to me tonight

And when I worry 'bout the future, when I wonder what's to come
For these times, they seem to be so insecure
Then I read the Bible's pages, and I feel His Presence near
And He answers, son, you know my Word is sure
I'll take care of you, don't you worry
Just do it my way -- don't be in such a hurry
For I promised that no evil will befall you, that's for sure
I wonder what He'll say today to you

So, if you worry 'bout the future, if you worry 'bout your life
If you're worried whether things will turn out right
Just remember Jesus said that He'd give peace within your soul
As He answers, I'll be with you day and night
I'll take care of you, don't you worry
Just do it my way -- don't be in such a hurry
For My yoke is easy and My burden, it is light
I'm glad He's right inside me day and night
