MAN-GOD

I put my dry-shod feet upon the earth
I remember, man-god, of your birth
My heart's athrob, my mind explodes
When I recall the times we rode
To heaven's door

I pick the golden rod of Cygni Four
I love you, man-god, and will evermore
My blood's aboil with heated love
In the dark sky that's above
Our starship, Night

Man-god, take my hand
Man-god, your commands
I will obey

I know it's odd to want the Milky Way
But, with you, man-god, I will always stay
I'll promenade the heavens long
And hold your arm so manly strong
For a long, long time

Man-god, take my hand
Man-god, your commands
I will obey
